Between September 8 and 14, 2008 certSIGN took part in the interoperability tests, organized by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI), concerning the digital signature for the XML format. These tests are performed in view of verifying the compliance of the solutions, developed at European Union level, with the provisions of the XAdes standard.

A series of companies renowned in the field of electronic signature and information security took part in this process, companies such as Microsoft, Trustweaver, SAFELAYER Secure Communications, Dictao, Indenova, NEC, Polysys Ltd., A-SIT Austria, Bull, Albalia Interactiva, MicroSec Ltd., Entrust, Mitsubishi Electric Corporation, etc. The certSIGN solution passed all these tests with flying colors, proving once more the indisputable competencies of the Romanian specialists, in this domain.

In addition, this participation confirms the fact that certSIGN develops secure solutions, which are trustworthy, interoperable with other products made in the states of the European Union.
