It is a solution for ensuring the non-repudiation character of the electronic information, by time stamping. certSAFE® TS is an autonomous Time Stamping Authority, especially developed for your organization, by means of which, you can define the exact moment of performing of a certain operation.

Through the time stamping process, an information package is associated to an electronic document, thus ensuring that it really existed under a certain format, at a certain contain the following:

• date and time when the stamping was made;
• a unique imprint of the document, linking the issued document and the time stamp;
• order number of the time stamp, which should uniquely identify it among the stamps issued by a time stamping server;
• electronic signature of the time stamping server.

By using certSAFE TS you can carry out complex business processes having the guarantee that the information will not be repudiated.

At regulate intervals, all system events and activities are registered and stored in a back-up system, with the purpose to be available for a further viewing.
