CERTSIGN S.R.L. is compelled to administrate in terms of safety and for the specified purposes only, the personal data which you provide about yourself. The purpose of data collecting is: personal data processing destined to issue qualified digital certificates and simple digital certificates.

It is compulsory to supply such data, as they are necessary to generate the digital certificate. Your refusal would lead to the impossibility to issue a digital certificate.

The registered information is destined to be used by the operator and shall not be communicated to other recipients.

According to the Law no. 677/2001, you have the right of access, the right of intervention on the data, the right of not to be subject to individual decisions, the right to oppose and appeal in Justice. Being enabled to exercise such rights, you may appeal to the Registry of S.C. CERTSIGN S.R.L by a dated and signed petition. Likewise, you are recognized the right to appeal in Justice.
