Customer Relations Specialist – French Language

Requirements:

  • Secondary or higher education
  • Experience in positions involving customer relations/sales is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the French language at an intermediate level (written and spoken)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in French
  • Customer orientation and problem solving
  • Attention to detail, responsibility and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of PC operation

Responsibilities:

  • Taking notifications and providing customer support as requested
  • Solving requests in accordance with internal procedures by phone, email or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and expectations by phone, email or chat
  • Taking customer video ID requests using the computer application
  • Customer guidance for successful video identification
  • Verification, validation and correction of data taken from the identity document in the video identification application
  • Presentation and promotion of the company’s services and products
  • Drafting activity reports as requested by the direct superior

Details:

  • The activity related to the role described is carried out at the certSIGN headquarters in 29A Tudor Vladimirescu Bvd., sector 5, Bucharest.
  • The working schedule for the role is Monday-Friday, from 10:00-19:00, with one-hour lunch break.
