Five years after the enacment of eIDAS Regulation (EU) no. 910\/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (July 23, 2014), we draw line and present the evolution of certSIGN services as a QTSP (Qualified Trust Services Provider).<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Through this act, there were established unitary rules on electronic signature and adjacent services, applicable in all EU Member States. It should be borne in mind that the Regulation, by its status as a legal act of the European Union, has become immediately enforceable as a law in all the Member States simultaneously (including Romania), having priority over national laws referring to the same subject.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Over the past few years, certSIGN has continuously expanded the range of solutions offered, always taking into account eIDAS regulations – from qualified certificates for electronic signature, electronic seal, SSL EV qualified certificates for web site authentication, qualified time stamp, and remote signing solutions. Thus, we have distinguished ourselves as an electronic signature qualified service provider, recognized at the level of the European Union and accredited according to Regulation no. 910\/2014.<\/span><\/span><\/p>
