Requirements:
- Secondary/higher education
- Role-specific courses/attestations: Archivist certification – mandatory requirement
- Professional experience: minimum 1 year in similar activities
- Knowledge of Law 16/1996 and the Application Instructions
- Ability to deliver quality work, achieving performance in repetitive work
- Ability to operate software applications as well as scanning and photocopying equipment
- Ability to comply with specific regulations and procedures
- Keen attention to detail
- Cooperation and teamwork skills
- Conscientious, rigorous, kind, calm, flexible, self-reliant person
- Computer skills: MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook; Internet
- Knowledge of the English language – beginner level.
Responsibilities:
Activities specific to the process of physical archiving of documents:
- Activities related to the preparation of the nomenclature
- Retrieving documents, setting up archive files, inventory and records of incoming and outgoing documents, in the archive depository
- Activities related to the preparation of the selection paper
- Activities related to the use of documents
- Activities related to ensuring the conditions for keeping documents
- Other specific activities.
