Requirements:
- Completed higher education (preferably in a technical or economic field)
- Previous experience in a contract management, sales support, or pre-sales role is an advantage
- Communication and client relations skills
- Ability to quickly assimilate information and prioritize tasks
- Sense of responsibility, initiative, and a customer-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong PC skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Responsibilities:
- Centralizing and updating information regarding contracts under management
- Continuously monitoring contract execution from both operational and financial perspectives
- Ensuring proper project management in compliance with contractual requirements and conditions
- Preparing and submitting reports to clients for service reconciliation and to support the invoicing process
- Initiating invoice issuance requests based on supporting documentation and contractual provisions
- Sending invoices to clients in accordance with the contractually established schedule
- Maintaining clear and complete records of documents required for the invoicing process
- Tracking invoice collections and adherence to payment deadlines agreed upon with clients
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with assigned clients, ensuring service delivery deadlines are met
- Providing notifications regarding contract expirations and preparing updated summaries of services rendered and invoices issued
- Managing and archiving contract-related documents in accordance with internal procedures
- Verifying the completeness of documentation for active contracts
- Preparing periodic or ad-hoc reports based on management needs and requests.
