Customer Service Representative - Call Center Team

We are looking for a colleague for the Call Center team!

  • Previous call centre experience but not required. If you have excellent communication skills and are willing to learn, we want to meet you!
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment while always maintaining your composure and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take responsibility.

What will you do?

  • First you will learn our processes and workflows. Then you’ll start taking calls, giving customers the support they need and the right information
  • You will manage emails from customers offering them the necessary solutions
  • You will record and update information about customers and their requests in the IT system
  • And you will occasionally contact customers to provide them with information about the company’s products and services
  • Last but not least, you will comply with the quality standards and response time, as learned.
