Purpose of the job:
Processing of documents in terms of physical archiving, according to the legal norms in force and internal procedures.
Requirements:
- Secondary education graduate
- Experience in working with documents: classification, numbering, filing, labelling, etc. – is an advantage
- Ability to focus and a keen attention to detail
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Promptness in solving specific problems, organizational capacity, stress resilient, ability to meet deadlines
- Resistance to repetitive workloads.
Responsibilities:
- Document preparation activities:
- Remove all metallic items from the paper
- Straighten the corners
- Glue torn pages
- Smooth out wrinkled pages
- Archival document processing activities:
- Grouping collections of archival records according to their fonds
- Creation of archival units in files
- Sorting of documents according to established criteria
- Document inventory
- Linking archival units
- Numbering of files and certification of archival units
- General Responsibilities:
- Compliance with the work norm
- Compliance with quality standards.
