
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in economics.
- Courses/certifications in the field of project management are an advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of financial and administrative management
- Computer skills: Ms. Project, Outlook, E.R.P and Document Management systems
- Knowledge of legal and logistical matters is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage two or more projects simultaneously
- Very good time management skills, both personal and team
- Very good communication and presentation skills; ability to plan and organize; delegation skills; attention to detail; decision-making ability
- Personality traits: self-reliance, initiative, conscientiousness, kindness, flexibility, dynamism
- Knowledge of English – advanced level.
Responsibilities:
- Take part in negotiations with contractors and subcontractors
- Draw up the project budget, draw up the project plan, take part in the elaboration of the quality plan
- Draw up with the project management team the risk list and establishes the risk response plan for the projects managed
- Oversee project implementation in terms of: financial, quality, delivery terms, daily activities
- Monitor the resources involved in the projects
- Monitor risks related to potential or ongoing projects
- Monitor, verify, give solutions to keep project costs within budget
- Forecast income and expenditure on projects
- Manage the cash flow of ongoing contracts
- Conduct internal review meetings with the project team and prepare, where necessary, the needed materials
- Prepare statements of work to the client, follow up billing for the executed works and their collection.
- Check and approve statements of work issued by subcontractors and approve payment of invoices to them
- Evaluate project results and client satisfaction after implementation
- Compile the project file
- Produce project status reports.
