Purpose of the job:
Performing mechanical, manual and special assembly work on document files in order to obtain files for the archives.
Requirements:
- Education: secondary education graduate
- Specific courses: occupational certificate, specialty courses
- Required experience: minimum traineeship, specialisation courses
- Promptness in solving specific problems, organizational ability, keen attention to detail, stress resilient, ability to meet deadlines
- Observant, visual memory, good attention span, resistance to repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Performs manual binding work
- Performs the preliminary operations that allow the correct binding of a correctly compiled archive file
- Executes the production pace established based on the daily processing norm
- Performs manual binding work with the utmost care on documents to ensure optimal conditions for bound documents regarding:
- Integrity
- Maintaining authenticity
- Readability
- Protection of the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of the document
- Ensuring that the information contained in the text of the contents and notes of documents bound in files and registers can be read easily and completely
- Comply with filing rules, quality norms and standards
