Process Supervisor


Checking and monitoring internal procedures and flows specific to operational activity of the department. Proposing changes to improve them, implementing changes and training employees on operational flow.


  • Higher education
  • Experience in the field or related – minimum 2 years
  • Experience in working with operational flows and procedures
  • Very good comprehension and analytical skills
  • Communication and presentation skills, accuracy and correctness in expression
  • Experience in training delivery is an advantage
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Organized, proactive, customer and results oriented person
  • Team player
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and PC in general


  • Knowledge of all departmental procedures and legislation related to the field of trust services: the European e-Signature Regulation 910/2014 and the standards that apply in this field
  • Drawing up the internal verification plan of procedures and operational flows
  • Verifying the processes carried out within the department, according to the established plan, internal procedures and compliance with the legislation in the field
  • Elaborating the findings report and actions following the completion of the verification plan and its implementation
  • Monitoring operational processes and flows
  • Analysis of risks derived from operational activity
  • Preparing training materials to train employees on newly identified business improvement solutions and supporting internal trainings
  • Being part of the recruitment team and the new employee induction programme
  • Regular reporting to the line manager on the work performed
