SPV and REGES platforms
The qualified digital certificate for electronic signature on token or remotely can be used in the Virtual Private Space (SPV) platform from ANAF and also in REGES. To access these platforms, you must register the qualified certificate with the SPV or REGES by completing the data, uploading the requested documents (if the case) and uploading the countersigned confirmation document.
The use of the remote certificate for SPV and REGES can be done locally, not in the cloud, through the Paperless vToken virtual token application. The application is available for macOS (compatible with MAC Catalina and higher) and Windows (compatible with Windows 10 and 11).
Confirmation document - certificate on token
With the token connected to a computer on which you already have the token management application installed, access confirmare.certsign.ro and follow the steps in the interface. We recommend using Edge, Google Chrome or Opera browsers on Windows, respectively Chrome on MAC.
IMPORTANT! The steps below to obtain the confirmation document must be followed after you obtain the qualified electronic signature certificate and install the cryptographic device (token).
Step 1. Connect the token to your laptop/PC, access confirmare.certsign.ro and click on the “Authentication with the certificate” button.
Step 2. Select the qualified certificate and enter the PIN code.
Step 3. Download the pre-filled confirmation document and sign it electronically, following the instructions available on confirmare.certsign.ro or here. ATTENTION! Do not close the confirmare.certsign.ro page.
Step 4. Press the “Upload” button to submit the electronically signed document.
Step 5. After downloading the processed confirmation document – electronically signed by you and countersigned by certSIGN – it can be used to register for tax filing or access to the SPV.
Confirmation document - cloud certificate
Open the Paperless vToken virtual token application with your webSIGN account username and password, access confirmare.certsign.ro and follow the steps in the interface. We recommend using Edge, Google Chrome or Opera browsers on Windows.
IMPORTANT! The steps below to obtain the confirmation document must be followed after you configure the authorization solution and Paperless webSIGN account – more details here.
IMPORTANT: For MacOS, the application can only be downloaded and updated from the AppStore.
Step 2. Open the Paperless vToken application and enter your Paperless webSIGN account credentials (email + password). Leave the application open until the entire process is completed.
Step 3. Access confirmare.certsign.ro and click on the “Authentication with certificate” button.
Step 4. Enter the unique TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) code generated by the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator authorization application, installed on your mobile device.
Step 5. Download the pre-filled confirmation document and sign it electronically – click on the “User signature” field, select your certificate and enter the new unique TOTP code generated by the Authenticator application. ATTENTION! Do not close the confirmare.certsign.ro page.
Step 6. Press the “Upload” button to submit the electronically signed document.
Step 7. After downloading the processed confirmation document – electronically signed by you and countersigned by certSIGN – it can be used to register for tax filing or access to the SPV.
