Requirements:
- Secondary or higher education
- Previous experience in sales and working with cash registers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly assimilate information and prioritize tasks effectively
- Sense of responsibility, initiative, and a strong customer-oriented approach
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Previous experience in roles involving direct customer interaction is considered an advantage
- Very good PC operating skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet navigation
Responsibilities:
- Verifying customers’ identities based on original identity documents, in compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements regarding the issuance of digital certificates
- Providing information about digital certificates: responding to inquiries from both new and existing customers and offering clear and detailed explanations regarding the issuance and renewal process
- Assisting customers with placing online orders: guiding them through purchasing platforms, from product selection to order completion
- Collecting payments for services and issuing fiscal receipts
- Generating the Z report at the end of the working day
- Preparing the monthly report
- Archiving documents in accordance with internal procedures.
The activity related to this position is carried out at our headquarters located at 29A Tudor Vladimirescu Blvd., Sector 5, Bucharest.
