Requirements:
- Secondary or higher education
- High school diploma (Baccalaureate) is mandatory
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail, responsibility, initiative, and team spirit
- Experience in customer relations is an advantage
- Very good PC skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, internet)
- English – intermediate level
- Availability to work in shifts and on weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Verifying individuals’ identity electronically – via video – in accordance with internal procedures for the issuance of digital certificates for electronic signatures
- Receiving and handling video identification requests through the dedicated application
- Verifying, validating, and correcting (when necessary) the personal data of identified individuals
- Providing support and guidance to customers throughout the video identification process, ensuring full completion of the process
- Evaluating the outcome of the identification process and deciding whether to approve or reject the session, in accordance with applicable rules and procedures
- Complying with confidentiality and security regulations
- Preparing periodic activity reports and submitting them to the direct supervisor, in accordance with internal requirements
- Informing the direct supervisor of any unforeseen situations or events that fall outside standard working procedures.
The activity related to this position is carried out at our headquarters located at 29A Tudor Vladimirescu Blvd., Sector 5, Bucharest.
