Job Role:
Ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the card personalization infrastructure within the Digital Identity Business Unit by efficiently using available resources and providing the necessary technical support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably IT (Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, or related disciplines)
- Relevant IT training and/or certifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in operating IT systems
- Experience in the use and administration of hardware and software systems.
- Required Knowledge:
– Windows operating systems – installation and configuration
– Linux operating systems – installation and configuration
– Database management systems: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MariaDB
– Knowledge of virtualization environments
– Hardware operation and administration
– Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
– English – intermediate level. - Skills: teamwork, organizational skills, attention to detail, data analysis, stress resilience, results orientation, customer orientation, continuous learning
Nice to Have:
- SQL knowledge
- Basic knowledge of web servers and database servers
- Basic knowledge of computer networks
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity
- Basic scripting knowledge
- PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Jira.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the production process for card personalization, verification, and preparation of personalized cards for delivery
- Ensure the proper functioning of the IT infrastructure by continuously monitoring IT systems and platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues affecting the card personalization infrastructure to maintain service availability
- Test and configure applications and new software releases used within the card personalization infrastructure
- Create and update procedures and user manuals related to the administration and use of IT applications and the card personalization infrastructure (e.g., installation & configuration, backup & restore, application user guides, application presentations, etc.)
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and operational procedures for services, equipment, and applications within the card personalization infrastructure
- Provide technical consulting and support for the development, design, and integration of card personalization systems
