Requirements:
- Secondary or higher education (high school diploma is required)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge and prioritize activities
- Attention to detail, ability to process information from tables and reports
- Responsibility, initiative
- Teamwork skills
- Experience in roles involving customer service is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of PC operation: MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and internet browsing
- English language – intermediate level
Responsibilities:
- Taking over the file with the documents necessary to issue digital certificates
- Entering specific data from certain types of documents into the IT system
- Validation of data entered into the IT system
- Sending sets of documents to the company’s clients
- Document archiving
- Providing information about the company’s services
- Contacting clients to clarify some details
- Providing information on the use of digital certificates upon customer request
- Takes video identification requests from the internal application
