As a safety measure, the device locks when the PIN code is typed in incorrectly for 3 times in a row. To unlock it, follow these steps:
1. Click on Start, select All Programs, choose Gemalto, then Classic Client and click on Classic Client Toolbox.
2. In the window that opens, click the Card Administration button.
3. From the left-hand side of the next window, select PIN Management, tick the Unblock PIN checkbox and click Next.
4. Enter your PUK code in the field Admin PIN. The PUK code is printed in the letter you received from certSIGN (see example here).
Warning! Your device will permanently lock if you enter the wrong PUK code 3 consecutive times. In this situation, you will need to buy a new token and a new digital certificate.
5. Enter the new PIN in the New PIN and Confirm New PIN fields and click the Unblock PIN button.
