From now on, users of MacOS systems can authenticate and sign in the cloud with the Paperless vToken (virtual token) application; the qualified certificate for remote signature can also be used in the relationship with ANAF on these operating systems.
The solution developed by certSIGN represents an important step in the digitization of administrative processes, offering MacOS users a simple, secure and efficient solution for authenticating to websites and signing documents remotely, without the need for additional hardware.
What does this service bring?
The new service enables qualified electronic signing via a virtual token, without the need for a physical token connected to the Mac. This means that signing documents on MacOS becomes faster and more convenient, while maintaining the highest level of security and legal compliance. Users can sign documents from anywhere, anytime, without needing the token device.
Paperless vToken is a desktop application that allows:
- electronic signing of documents without them leaving the local system
- authentication to a website that requires such a process based on a qualified digital certificate of electronic signature (e.g. ANAF / SPV, CNAS, AFM, etc.)
After issuing the certSIGN digital certificate in the Paperless webSIGN platform, you can go through authentication processes and/or sign documents locally on your personal computer or laptop, using this digital certificate and the virtual token application, Paperless vToken.
Use your certSIGN digital certificate for remote electronic signature certificate also locally, from devices with MacOS systems, with the help of the Paperless vToken virtual token!
The use of the qualified electronic signature is becoming more widespread both in internal business processes and in the relationship with state institutions, being a necessity in the context of the digitalization of public services.
