certSIGN has successfully completed the recertification audit for its anti-bribery and anti-corruption management system according to the ISO 37001:2016 standard, a global benchmark in preventing and managing high-risk corruption activities.
This recertification, granted by MSECB Canada, acknowledges not only the company’s ongoing compliance with international standards but also its strong commitment to continuously improving internal processes and promoting ethical behaviour.
Adrian Floarea, CEO of certSIGN, stated: “The recertification of our anti-bribery and anti-corruption management system is an essential step in our efforts to maintain an ethical and transparent business environment. It also recognizes our ongoing efforts to provide our clients and other third parties with the assurance that we are a trustworthy partner, strongly committed to identifying, preventing, controlling, and addressing corruption risks, and to upholding the laws and international standards of compliance and integrity.”
ISO 37001:2016, published by the International Organization for Standardization in October 2016, is a globally recognized standard for anti-corruption management systems. It has been adopted by numerous top companies worldwide, and certSIGN is among the first Romanian companies to achieve this certification. The standard contributes to developing an organizational culture based on integrity, transparency, and compliance, ensuring the implementation of appropriate measures for monitoring and preventing unethical practices in the company’s day-to-day activities.
