WHY?
By GEO no. 130/2020, a series of financial support measures have been established for SMEs, PFAs, NGOs and MICs affected by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), which can obtain state grants worth between 2,000 and 200,000 euros.
According to the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment (MEEMA), the registration on the platform destined to access the non-reimbursable funds and the submission of financing applications / related documents can be done only with a qualified certificate for electronic signature.

Issuance procedure
Follow the steps bellow in order to obtain the electronic signature required to access state grants for SMEs affected by COVID-19.

Access emitere.certsign.ro to start the procedure for purchasing a certSIGN electronic signature kit.STEP 2
TYPE OF PRODUCT
Choose between natural or legal person and then select the validity of the certificate (1,2,3 years).STEP 3
REGISTRATION FORM
Fill in all the fields in the registration form displayed, with the required data, and enter the security code.STEP 4
DOCUMENT DOWNLOAD
Download the documents generated after completing the form - Contract, General Terms and Conditions, Declaration.STEP 5
TRANSMISSION / APPLICATION
Send or bring in all required documents * according to the instructions received by e-mail, for identification.STEP 6
GET CERTIFICATE
After receiving the documents, we issue the certificate and send you the electronic signature kit.WHERE?

The issuance of the qualified certificate for electronic signature can be done without going to the certSIGN / partners offices. Send the documents obtained from emitere.certsign.ro mandatory together with the declaration in original authenticated by a notary or attested by a lawyer under the provisions of art. 3 para. (1) lit. c) of Law 51/1995 (in order to ensure face-to-face identification and on the basis of the identity document, required by law and the European Regulation) by courier / post office at Bd. Tudor Vladimirescu, no. 29 A, Sector 5, Bucharest.
Of course, the documents can be submitted in person to any of the 400 certSIGN representatives in the country.You can find them on BRD Group Societe Generale, Raiffiesen Bank, OTP Bank, Alpha Bank and CEC Bank on this map.
