certSIGN has obtained the recertification of the anti-corruption management system, according to the ISO 37001 standard

certSIGN has successfully met the conditions for the recertification of the anti-bribery management system ISO 37001: 2016, whose main purpose is the prevention and management of all activities with a high risk of corruption.

Similar to the original certification, the recertification was granted by MSECB Canada (formerly PECB) and demonstrates not only the compliance with this standard, but also the company’s efforts to continuously improve processes, internal regulations and communication related to the internal measures taken to prevent unethical behaviors.

“This recertification is yet another step in certSIGN’s endeavors to contribute to an ethical and transparent business environment and is an effort of every member of our team to build, maintain and improve a comprehensive compliance management system , based on zero tolerance for any form of corrupt behavior, directly or through a third party. ”, states Adrian Floarea, CEO of certSIGN.

ISO 37001 certification helps maintain a culture of integrity, transparency and compliance and the implementation of appropriate monitoring and prevention measures in the daily operations of the company.

The ISO 37001 standard

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) published the standard 37001 for anti-corruption management systems in October 2016. The standard was adopted by important companies internationally, certSIGN being one of the first Romanian companies certified according to it.
