Electronically signing the confirmation document for ANAF

The confirmation document for the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) downloaded from confirmare.certsign.ro is pre-completed with the data of the certificate holder. All you have to do is open it with Adobe Reader and sign it electronically, like this:

1. Right-click on the downloaded confirmation document and choose Open with Adobe Reader.

2. Click in the User Signature field in the document.

NOTE: If you receive error 2148073485, follow the steps described on the page Error when signing PDFs with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Invalid signature.

3. From the on-screen window, select the digital certificate issued by certSIGN Qualified CA Class 3 (G2) in the current year and click the Sign button.

NOTE: To see when the certificate you selected was issued, click the Info button. The date of issue is indicated in the Valid from section.

4. From the on-screen window, select Desktop and click the Save button.

5. In the next window, enter the token PIN and click OK.

6. Close the document by clicking the close button (x). The electronically signed confirmation document will be available on the Desktop. Upload it to confirmare.certsign.ro.
