Following a successful partnership concluded with Banca Românească, certSIGN digital certificates for electronic signature can be obtained from now on also through the representatives of this institution, in several cities in the country. Thus, we are further developing the largest digital certificate distribution network at national level.

Why a qualified electronic signature?
- As a qualified trust service provider according to the eIDAS Regulation no. 910/2014, certSIGN makes available to natural and legal persons qualified electronic signature.
- The qualified electronic signature is the only type of electronic signature that implicitly has the equivalent legal effect of a handwritten signature.
- With the help of electronic signature, you benefit from both increased efficiency (saving time, storage space, resources and costs on consumables – paper, print, courier, etc.) and security (authenticity, integrity and non-repudiation documents, respectively the identification of the signatory).
- The qualified electronic signature certificate can be used both in relation to state institutions (ANAF, ONRC, SICAP, MySMIS, etc.) and in relation to business partners.
