SMEs, PFAs, NGOs and MICs affected by the pandemic can obtain grants from the state with a value between 2,000-200,000 euros. To do this, they must have a qualified certificate for electronic signature in order to register on the platform for accessing non-reimbursable funds, offered to companies in the context of the COVID-19 crisis.
certSIGN, as a Qualified Trust Service Provider, makes available to all beneficiaries (SMEs, PFA, NGOs, CMI) interested in obtaining grants, electronic signature kits for pre-registration made exclusively on the basis of a valid electronic signature. The electronic signature kit includes a qualified digital certificate according to eIDAS Regulation, the clickSIGN signing application and the secure cryptographic device for creating the signature (token), with the help of which both the registration in the platform and the signing and submission of documents can be performed.

Registration in the platform for the grant program for SMEs
On September 15, 2020, the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment (MEEMA) initiated the stage prior to the launch of the 3 support measures established by GEO no. 130/2020 on some measures for providing financial support from non-reimbursable external funds, related to the Competitiveness Operational Program 2014-2020, in the context of the crisis caused by COVID-19.
The preliminary stage involves the creation of a profile, user and password on http://granturi.imm.gov.ro, the platform being intended for companies wishing to benefit from funding through the grant program for SMEs worth 1 billion euros.
IMPORTANT!
• To obtain these funds, applicants must register on the platform http://granturi.imm.gov.ro, NOT on MySMIS. According to MEEMA, these applications will not be considered, being related to another project.
• In order to successfully complete the pre-registration, profile, user and password creation stage, it is necessary to have a valid electronic signature.
• This stage is addressed to all categories of eligible beneficiaries related to the three measures established by GEO no. 130/2020, respectively SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), PFA (Authorized Individuals), NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations), CMI (Individual Medical Offices).
